We enable performance and people’s wellbeing in smart and sustainable built environments. Our sustainability approach covers environmental, social and governance areas and five material topics: Climate change, Resource use & circular economy, Own workforce, Workers in the value chain and Business. We are committed to the United Nations’ Global Compact initiative and we focus specially on six Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) which are tightly linked to these ESG areas.

Towards a common sustainability approach
Both Assemblin and Caverion have previously worked towards ambitious sustainability goals. Each company has focused on climate change mitigation, their own workforce and ethical business conduct by reducing greenhouse gas emissions in their own operations, helping customers towards a green transition, taking care of employee well-being and occupational safety, ensuring high ethical business conduct and developing sustainability management in the supply chain.
Since merging in April 2024, we have been working towards a systematic, common sustainability approach with common agenda, targets and practices. The work will continue in 2025 and new decisions will therefore be published regularly on these sustainability pages.
