Assemblin Electrical has signed an agreement to acquire Svagströmsbolaget i Uppsala AB, a service company with 12 employees and annual sales of about SEK 21 million. The company specialises in the installation and service of fibre-optic computer networks.

Svagströmsbolaget i Uppsala AB is based in the city of Uppsala, north of Stockholm, and also operates in Stockholm, Västerås and Gävle, primarily within the telecommunications sector, holding agreements with several major operators such as Telenor, Bahnhof and Global Connect.
