Assemblin strengthens its electrical business in the Jönköping area in Sweden

Assemblin Electrical has signed an agreement to acquire Gränna Eltjänst AB with operations mainly in Gränna and Huskvarna, 39 employees and annual sales of approximately SEK 101 million. The company specializes in electrical and telecom services. 

Gränna Eltjänst AB in its current form was founded in 2005 and has its registered office in Huskvarna, Jönköping Municipality, and operates predominantly in the vicinity of Gränna, Huskvarna and Visingsö, but also support customers in other parts of Sweden. The company offers both service and contracting assignments within electrical and telecom, including charging stations and solar panels. 

“Gränna Eltjänst is a stable company with many years of experience and a great reputation. This acquisition, complements and reinforces our current operations while also strengthening our local market position,” says Fredrik Allthin, EVP and Divisional Manager for Assemblin Caverion Group in Sweden.

Customers include local construction and real estate companies as well as municipalities.
