Assemblin Caverion Group in Norway has entered into an agreement to acquire the operations of Svakstrøm AS in Stavanger through an asset deal. The company is an established installation company with expertise in low-voltage and technical security solutions. The acquired operation has estimated annual revenue of approximately NOK 10 million and six employees.
Svakstrøm AS has more than 50 years of experience in the industry and has a good reputation in and around Stavanger. The company has an established customer base that complements Caverion's existing customer portfolio in the area.
“Low voltage and security are important focus areas for us, and it has been challenging to recruit enough qualified employees. With this acquisition, we strengthen both capacity and expertise, which makes us even better equipped to meet the demand from our customers in southwest Norway,” comments Torkil Skancke Hansen, CEO Division Norway, EVP, Assemblin Caverion.
The acquisition is expected to be completed in January 2026.
“For us, it is important to find operations with a good cultural match. We are therefore very pleased with this acquisition and look forward to welcoming six new colleagues and more customers to Assemblin Caverion Group,” Torkil Skancke Hansen continues.
